because noticing is only the beginning.

how to feel.
how to care for ourselves.
how to trust what our body is telling us.
how to receive support instead of always carrying everything alone.

that’s why I created Uwi: come home. 🤍

uwi is a 6-month virtual container where we’ll meet biweekly to deepen your relationship with your body, emotions, energy, and yourself.

we’ll explore body awareness, self-healing, energy work, Reiki, and the practices that help you feel more connected to yourself.

and yes, you’ll also receive your Reiki Levels 1 & 2 certification along the way.

but more than anything, I want this to be a space where you don’t have to show up already healed, already knowledgeable, or already knowing what you need.

and i definitely feel like after almost a year of that encounter, this spirit animal has been showing up time and time again through the journey i have been on 🥺
