Rooted Massage Therapy & Healing

the greatest give to yourself is a little bit of attention
✨✨✨

Curious about what to expect during a Reiki Healing session?
A Reiki session isn’t a massage, and really quite simple for the person receiving it. You simply rest while the practitioner works with a calm, structured method (often with hands lightly placed on or hovering above the body).

Growing up in a religious household, I didn't know what Reiki Healing was until well into my 20s, and didn't experience it for myself until I was in my 30s! Many people I talk to about Reiki have no idea wtf it even is though😆

what is Reiki?
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing, and is administered by "laying on hands."

Reiki is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.

Interested in giving Reiki a try for yourself?? I'd love to see you for a session!
Not local to me? No problem! I also offer distance Reiki 🫶✨

Welcome to the start of another new week...and to the last day of Summer! As we begin a shift into a new season, take some time to check in with yourself ✨

If you're feeling stuck, uncertain, frustrated...I would love to help you move this energy through a Reiki session.

Wondering wtf that is?! I've got you 😆 I'll be sharing more about Reiki the next couple weeks, so be sure to give me a follow to learn more 🫶🖤xo
