Belle Microlocs took off in 2021 because women realized they didn’t have to start their locs with their own hair and go through certain stages they felt were unpleasant or didn’t work for their job or lifestyle.

Never did I think this service would be my signature loc style for this long and it’s not going anywhere either!

Along with other loc methods that involve extensions it provides hair ease and more versatility without having to wait for it.

Over the years we are proud to have improved our parting, grid and overall technique because we know more. Many of our clients wear their Belle Microlocs for 3+ years.

When I stated this style 5 years ago…I didn’t know what I was doing or knew what to expect. I have made mistakes and paid for those mistakes along the journey as they say, it’s about the journey, not the destination, right.

So here we are 5 years later and still going strong and improving daily! To those who gave us grace, thank you! As I have made mistakes and had a learning curve, there too are many others offering this service that will make mistakes too and need a learning curve.

I looo forward to growth and watching the industry be more accepting and open minded because I KNOW someone out there is cooking up another loc method/technique that will challenge the industry but serve many well. Cheers to 5+ years of learning and many more years to come!

Ps. These are micro parts. Extensions were added to about 3 locs in the back and maybe one or two in the front where it was short and super fine.
