We Commissioners have decided to start walking around various locations in Largo picking up trash on the streets. This will give us a chance to meet and talk with citizens and friends that care about Largo's image, and to help clean up the environment. Happy Friday! Did you know that picking up litter helps to prevent storm related flooding. The vast majority of trash on or near the roadway ends up in the stormwater system, leading to blockages and inefficiencies. Not to mention the eventual aquatic and marine impacts.
