She is the author of "The 30 Day Heartbreak Cure" (Simon & Schuster), which has guided women all over the world back to new found peace, joy, and self-love. Catherine believes that beauty is more than just skin deep, and is a leading speaker on achieving a sound body-mind-spirit connection, how to handle anything and anyone to your advantage, and turning obstacles into opportunity.
