Fascial Flow is back this Tuesday at Bliss Haven Collective ✨
We begin at 9:30am
I’m so looking forward to moving with you again.
In this class, I’ll guide you through a gentle fascial movement practice inspired by my training with The Human Garage.
This is a slow, intentional flow designed to support:
nervous system regulation
improved mobility and ease in the body
clarity, grounding, and a better start to your day

This girl lives life in full color. The way she shows up for each of her friends and our community is an absolute gift to witness.
