Truly feeling so blessed to be able to share such a beautiful practice with so many incredible people. The community I’ve grown into has brought me so much joy, connection, and gratitude. Every class reminds me why I fell in love with yoga in the first place.
Yoga is so much more than asana practice. It’s the way we breathe, the way we speak, think, the way we show up for others, and the way we move through the world with greater awareness. It’s learning to slow down to notice what we’ve been carrying, creating space for what serves us, and letting go of what doesn’t.
It teaches us that presence is powerful. That strength can be gentle. That growth often looks like choosing compassion, curiosity, and gratitude, both on and off the mat.
I’m endlessly grateful for every person who chooses to practice with me. Thank you for trusting me to be a small part of your journey. Here’s to continuing to breathe deeply, move intentionally, and build a community rooted in authenticity, kindness, and connection.

The light in me sees the light in you✨

Santosha is the practice of contentment. Not because everything is perfect, but because we choose to meet the moment with gratitude instead of constantly chasing the next one.

Contentment doesn’t mean giving up on your goals or settling for less. It’s more like appreciating where you are while still allowing yourself to grow. It’s finding peace in the process, celebrating the small wins, and trusting that what is meant for you will unfold in its own time.

On your mat, it might look like accepting the pose your body offers today without judgment. Off your mat, it might be taking a deep breath, looking around, and realizing that this moment is enough.

✨ Practice gratitude. Honor your journey. Find joy in the present. There’s always beauty in what’s in front of you, it’s just allowing yourself to see it that can be tricky.

Hiiii👋

Let’s take a quick moment to talk about our first Niyama!

Saucha which translates to purity. When we define the meaning of this Niyama it means cleanliness of the mind, body, and environment.

Examples of this could be choosing that healthier dish today, maybe donating some clothes or objects you’ve been hoarding because maybe you’ll one day have a use for them🤷‍♀️, or lastly allowing even just 5 minutes of meditation to help clear you mind from cluttered thoughts.

We take small steps everyday that lead us to bigger steps in leveling up our lifestyles.

Good morning ☀️
I hope all of you were able to wake up with an abundance of joy and contentment today✨

As we move through the rest of this week let’s take a look at Aparigraha.

Aparigraha invites us to release our grip on possessions, expectations, and outcomes. It teaches us to trust that what is meant for us will come, and that peace is often found in letting go rather than holding on tighter.🌀🐚

Examples of this may be donating the clothes you never wear but are keeping “just in case”. It could be letting that friend who “just doesnt listen to your advice” make their own decisions instead of trying to control their outcome. Or letting go of the need to control how others perceive you.

This is sometimes a very hard achievement. So we can start practicing little by little. And eventually it becomes much easier to live by🙌
