A new space for mindful movement is taking shape in Lexington, and Virginia Lee is the woman behind it. 💗

You may remember Virginia from our Reset Day Retreat, where she led us through yoga and breathwork!

The owner of Meditate. Yoga Studio 53 brings 25 years of fitness experience and a passion for making wellness feel accessible. Through yoga, mat Pilates, meditation, and breathwork, she helps people build strength, slow down, and make time for themselves.

Her approach welcomes all ages and abilities, whether you’re trying something new or already love spending time on your mat. You don’t have to be an expert to get started. ✨

Virginia’s studio is currently being built, and she’s putting so much thought into the space, including plans for red light mats! How cool is that?! That’s just one of the special touches she has planned, and we can’t wait to see it all come together.
