I’m off to Paris!🫠 And these are all the essentials going in my travel bag, along with the other items I mentioned in a previous post that I can’t leave home without✌🏼
Here they are:
✔️Sunscreen + Hat-A non-negotiable. Period.
✔️Massage Balls- I take them whenever I travel or on long drives. Complete life saver.
✔️Journal: I like to write when I’m at airports to jot down inspiration.
✔️Water Bottle: Having it with me reminds me to stay hydrated wherever I go!
✔️Scarf: A great accessory for any occasion-shade from the sun or to add a little style to any outfit on the go!
Who knew acupuncture could treat…well all things pelvic floor🫠
I recently attended a Perinatal Acupuncture Conference in SD this past wknd, and I learned so much especially from acupuncturist focusing on pelvic floor health!!🙌🏽
I work with a lot of prenatal and postpartum mama’s, and I see the same issues coming up: ranging from a variety of pelvic floor disorders pre/postpartum to lower back/sciatic/adductor pain during pregnancy. I have always had a passion for working with mamas postpartum because there’s never enough care during this very sacred and vulnerable time period.
It was exciting to be amongst colleagues and professionals dedicated to this work, and I’m excited for this next chapter applying what I’ve learned and to be able to help more people!

My Non Negotiable Wellness Habits I Live By. Part 1
For those of you that know me, you know that I’m very diligent about my self care. It’s what sustains and nourishes me so that I can do the work that I do. They range from daily, to weekly to monthly routines I cannot live without. Here they are:
🙌🏽Body Work: I try to receive acupuncture & a massage twice a month.
🙌🏽Yoga: I’ve been teaching and practicing for 20+ years. It’s part of my weekly practice.
🙌🏽Nourishing Whole Foods: I cook & eat mostly at home, when I do I feel my best.
🙌🏽Dancing: Is life. It brings me utmost joy. Besides nature it’s when I feel most like myself.
🙌🏽Walking: I try to get a walk at least 4x a week. A great weight bearing exercise I integrate into my weekly routine.
🙌🏽Being in Nature: It’s where I feel most at home. It’s my sanctuary.
🙌🏽Traveling: I travel at least once a month to be with friends, to be in nature, and to connect with the world. It keeps me inspired, my mind expansive, and my heart open.
🙌🏽More Dancing: Besides being in nature, it’s when I feel most connected and centered.
