WellZest
WellZest is a platform that makes holistic health and wellness simple for your busy life!
We gathered in Venice for three hours and did something that feels surprisingly rare these days.
We put our phones away. đČ
Instead of spending the morning bouncing between texts, emails, notifications, and whatever else was demanding our attention, we gave ourselves permission to be fully present.
Just mindfulness, movement, meaningful conversation, matcha, sunshine, and the chance to be fully present with ourselves and each other.
One of the things that struck us most was how quickly everyone settled in once the phones disappeared. Within minutes, people were talking, laughing, connecting, reflecting, and simply being. It was a reminder that sometimes the things weâre searching for arenât hidden behind another app, productivity hack, or wellness trend. Sometimes theyâre found in the space we create when we finally give ourselves permission to unplug.
The Vitality Retreat was designed to create exactly that kind of space. A few hours to step away from the constant noise, reconnect with yourself, and remember what it feels like to move through the world with a little more presence and a little less distraction.
Weâre incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make the experience so special.
Weâll be hosting Vitality Retreats throughout the year, and if youâd like early access to future dates, plus an exclusive 10% discount on your next retreat ticket, join our priority list through the link in our bio.
We canât wait to welcome you to the next one.
And special shout out to Albion Garden for having us; we are so grateful! Also, special thanks to Mark Landsman and Ariel Hoffman for leading such incredible programming! đ€©

When was the last time you went notification-free?
Not half-paying attention to a conversation while checking Instagram. Not answering emails from bed. Not sitting at dinner with your phone face-up on the table waiting for the next interruption. đ«Ł
On May 31, weâre doing something simple that somehow feels radical now.
For three hours, weâre putting the phones away and giving ourselves space to reset.
Weâll move, breathe, drink matcha, slow down, and actually be present with ourselves and the people around us. No constant buzzing in your pocket. No reflexively checking your screen every two minutes. Just a few uninterrupted hours where your brain doesnât have to stay âonâ the entire time.
Thatâs what The Vitality Retreat is about.
If your brain has been craving a pause lately, come spend Sunday morning with us at Albion Garden in Venice from 10AMâ1PM.

As we go into the weekend, it can be really tempting to fill every open pocket of time with more.
More errands, more plans, more catching up, more organizing, more responding, more trying to get ahead before Monday comes back around.
But what if you made space, even a little bit of space, to do absolutely nothing and not feel bad about it?
In a world where we are expected to be always on, always available, always improving, and always moving toward the next thing, doing nothing can feel almost like a rebellion. But recovery is not optional. It is part of how we return to ourselves, process what we have been carrying, and create enough space to actually feel clear again.
It gives your mind room to settle, your body room to reset, and your own thoughts enough quiet to finally come through.
So this weekend, try to take a little time to do nothing, even if it is only for a few minutes, and give yourself permission to experience that time without guilt.
You do not need to disappear for a week to feel like yourself again.
Sometimes, you just need one intentional morning where your phone is away, your body is moving, your breath slows down, and your nervous system finally gets the message that it can soften. That is the idea behind The Vitality Retreat.
On May 31, we are gathering at Albion Garden in Venice for a 3-hour reset with movement, mindfulness, breathwork, wellness guidance, matcha, light refreshments, and optional micro-facials or hand massages. It is a mini-retreat for real life. One morning. Three hours. A full-body reset. Reserve your spot before spaces fillâhttps://luma.com/p94uc4c0
