Happy Father’s Day ❤️
Fatherhood is more than a title—it is a legacy of love, sacrifice, guidance, and the moments that shape who we become.

Today, I honor my father, who is no longer here with us. While I miss his presence, I am deeply grateful for the gift of life he gave me and the impact he made during his time on this earth. His legacy continues through the lessons, memories, and the love that remain.

Being a father means showing up, providing wisdom, offering protection, and loving in ways that often go unseen. It means planting seeds that may continue to grow for generations.

To all the fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, mentors, and father figures who pour into the lives of others—thank you. Your presence matters. Your sacrifices matter. The love you give leaves a lasting imprint.
Today, I celebrate you and the beautiful responsibility of fatherhood.

There are no words for what happened today at The Well Pop Up. 🕊️ From the very first prayer with our leaders, the atmosphere shifted. I came expecting a word, but I left with a transformation. God truly went "exceedingly and abundantly" above today! The harvest is ready, the workers are few, and we are just getting started. 🙌✨

Embrace each day with a heart of gratitude and thanksgiving. I pray that your smile will not only light up the room but melt the heart of your loved ones. Be intentional about fostering great relationships. The seasons of life change and so does our appreciation for God's mercy.

Sometimes life's events make no sense...
Curiosity allows us to ask questions. Remember when you don't know the answer be courageous enough to admit it. "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:" 𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘸 7:7 𝘒𝘝𝘑

We have officially hit summer on the calendar as of June 21st. I'm in the middle of a 90 day commitment to wellness. This kicks off Week 4.

The commitment is to prayer, praise, worship, fitness, nutrition, and mindset. Community is so important. Ladies you're invited to join me on this journey. Drop an emoji below if you want in.

I'm grateful for community...
There is something extremely special about establishing a sisterhood as an adult. Oftentimes, we think that forging new lasting friendships with women beyond high school, college or marriage is difficult. I encourage you not to be so guarded. Let the Lord increase your territory and circle of friends. You will be surprised what good soil looks like.

Seek the Lord's face in all things...
Your day has scheduled and unscheduled interruptions but we must choose what's right for us. I'm reminded that what might seem as an annoyance is a blessing. The responsibility of caring for others is a special gift. I know my assignment is to pray through it all.

Run your own race...
I'll be honest, today was not my best workout. I was struggling to keep tempo and my form at the same time. So I readjusted and kept my tempo. I even modified the modifier when I needed to. My health esteem routine must include me being honest and keeping a judgment free zone for myself. I feel amazing because I didn't give up. Solid work on this Thankful Thursday!
