Building a solid body structure!

I’ve been working extremely hard to achieve these 3 pull ups! Trying to hit at least 6 by the end of the year! 💪🏾
As women we carry so much. We pour into everybody and everything, and that weight gets heavy fast. That’s why it’s so important to find something that brings you back to you.
For me, that’s the gym.
That’s my space to release, to breathe, to reset.
It’s where the stress melts a little and my spirit feels lighter.
Find what gives you balance, your joy, your peace, your reset.
