6 mo ago (before I ever ran) I was doing 20k steps a day and my knee started bothering me. It has been background noise since, but I never got it checked because it wasn’t that bad. Now with running, it’s been acting up and I wanna address it before I make it worse😂

Fun fact: my New Year's resolution for 2022 was no alcohol and I haven't drank since! almost 5 years without a drink 🤩🤩

Thank you Alexis Saphire Breyer 😂

My first run😂 well besides the half marathon I did with no training on Saturday that then inspired me to sign up for the NYC marathon that's in 5 weeks lol!!! Let the NYC marathon training begin!

NYC Marathon here I come🤩

late! The Husband & Wife Law Team

Yom Kippur slacker here😭

11 mile point in a half marathon (13.1 miles) with 0 training. This was the hardest part for me but it was soo much fun!!!!

Be open to new adventures. Today I went from no training to 13 miles!!!

4 years ago on IG I saw Harvey Lewis running an ultra race... I didn't even know there were such things as runs past marathons!! Well I came to find out not only were there ultra races, but there were races called Last Person Standings. Races that never end until there's only one person left. So on IG I see Harvey running one called Big's Backyard World Championship. It is a 4 mile loop every hour. And the race only ends when there's ONE PERSON standing. When I heard of the race, I clicked on the live stream and watch Harvey run every day.

Today I saw him at Runningman and got to run my mile 9 and 10 with him!!!! From an inspiration on the internet to running next to me for my first half marathon!

I send all my PR to my parents house😂😂 Alexis Saphire Breyer
