Some days, I sit back and think about how thankful I am that I chose this career. Not just because I love skincare, the treatments, or seeing the glow on someone's face when they look in the mirror, but because of the incredible people this career has brought into my life.

One of my favorite things about being an Esthetician is getting to be a little escape from the outside world. A place where you can come in, exhale, let your shoulders drop, and just be for a little while. A place where you don't have to have it all together. 🤎

Because the truth is, you never really know what someone is walking through when they come through your door.

Sometimes it's a woman going through a divorce, navigating a health issue, or trying to find herself again after a major life change. Sometimes it's a mom who desperately needs an hour to herself. Sometimes it's a bride getting her lashes lifted before her wedding, a teenager looking for help with her acne, or someone simply wanting to spend a Tuesday afternoon doing something for herself.

Whether you're 7, 17, 37, 70, or anywhere in between, you deserve to feel cared for. You deserve a moment to slow down. You deserve to leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.

Over time, my treatment room has become so much more than a place to perform facials. It's where I've met women who have become familiar faces, where conversations have turned into friendships, where I've celebrated engagements and weddings, listened to stories, shared laughs, and had the privilege of caring for people through some of life's hardest seasons, too.

And I don't take any of that for granted.

To every client who has trusted me with their skin, shared a little piece of their life with me, referred a friend, purchased a gift card, supported my small business, or simply walked through my door: thank you. Thank you for allowing me to do something I love and for making this career so much more meaningful than I ever could have imagined.

I'm so proud to be here, and I'm so thankful I get to call this my career. I can't wait to see where this journey takes me and all the wonderful people I'll meet along the way. 🫶🏼
