I spent $7 TOTAL on this piñata! 😭🦄

✨ I already had most of what I needed at home: cardboard, scissors and/or an Exacto knife, pencil, hot glue gun + glue… and of course, a

✨VISION✨ 🦄 😂

I used wrapping paper this time, plus streamers for the tail and sides! 🎀🌈

And the best part? I reused cardboard from boxes we already had—including the box from our new stove! 📦😂

You really don’t need a ton of supplies or money to make something cute. Just a little creativity, some patience, and a vision! 💕

Unicorns, rainbows and butterflies oh my! 🦄🌈🦋✨

I finally made the viral sheet pan gyros 🥙 and OMG… one of my favorite meals I’ve tried from TikTok so far!! 😭🤤

And the absolute BEST pitas for this are the ones from Costco 🫓🔥 I warmed mine for about 5 minutes and brushed them with garlic butter after… game changer.

🥙 GYRO MEAT:
• Ground beef
• Shaved/grated onion 🧅
• Plain Greek yogurt
• Fresh garlic or jarlic 🧄
• Cumin
• Paprika
• Onion + garlic powder
• Oregano
• Optional rosemary +/or thyme
• Salt & pepper

Mix everything together, then roll it flat between two pieces of parchment paper. Roll it up like a fruit roll-up and place it on a baking dish/cookie sheet.

For the veggies, I used bell peppers, onion & tomatoes 🫑🧅🍅 Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper & garlic and add them to the same sheet pan (or use a separate one).

Bake at 420°F for about 30 minutes. Then unroll the meat, tear it into smaller chunks with tongs or forks, and broil for a couple minutes until the edges get nice and browned 🔥

For serving, you can do a gyro bowl over lettuce with hummus, rice & your veggies OR make the most delicious gyro sandwich!

I did mine with hummus, avocado 🥑, lettuce, tomato, grilled veggies & all that crispy gyro meat stuffed into a garlic-butter pita, with a side of saffron rice. 🤤🥙

Seriously… SAVE THIS ONE because it was SO GOOD!! And shoutout to TikTok for another recipe that actually lived up to the hype 😂❤️

Making a little magic for my little girl. 🦄✨💗

Started with a giant cardboard box and a vision for her unicorn-inspired piñata… and somehow ended with my sweet girl punching the number 5 right out of it. 😂💥🎀

The timing with the song saying “the magic finds me” at the very end was just TOO perfect. 🥹✨

Because honestly, the magic really is in these little moments. Watching my baby girl grow up, getting ready to celebrate her FIFTH birthday, and making something special just for her. 💕🦄🌈

Because honestly, who wants to do laundry when you can spend hours covered in cardboard and hot glue?! 😂

I think we’re officially going with the number 5 instead of a full unicorn shape, but obviously it HAS to be unicorn-inspired because my little Libra baby deserves all the magic. 🦄🌈✨

I seriously cannot believe my little girl is almost 5 years old! 🥺
