Some scents are created with a particular person in mind. This one just happens to be especially close to my heart.

Meet Z, the newest addition to A to Z Apothecary’s collection.

A masculine botanical cologne that brings together bright citrus notes of mandarin, sweet orange, and lemon with the aromatic character of rosemary, lavender, and sage. A touch of Ceylon cinnamon adds subtle warmth, while Australian sandalwood, patchouli, and benzoin resin create a rich, woody finish.

Fresh, earthy, warm, and unmistakably masculine.

Z was created especially for my husband and revealed as his birthday gift. Inspired by a cologne he loves, I wanted to create something that captured those familiar notes with my own botanical twist.

And considering the mark he’s made on my life, it seemed only fitting that he’d get his very own signature Z.

And just like that, with the arrival of Z - Me - Spicy Rose Botanical Perfume has its masculine counterpart.

🌿 This is what happens when I’m left alone for a weekend.

This past weekend was full of creations in the apothecary!

A couple of special requests, a potential new product I’ve been experimenting with, and another creation that’s finally getting its big reveal today!

And yes, that label is intentionally blurred! That creation was a special request, and since it was made just for her, she gets first dibs on seeing the name before everyone else. 💚

What started as a few things I wanted to work on turned into a weekend full of mixing, experimenting, and creating.

Apparently, a weekend with no plans just means more time in the apothecary.
