This is a super vulnerable post, guys 🙈

I haven’t actively sang in so many years because I’ve spent so much time avoiding my feelings.

It was so much easier to push everything away than to feel a single negative emotion.

Until I had a total mental breakdown last September of 2025. So many years of unprocessed emotion sent me into the worst spiral of my life. Thank God I have an incredible family and friends who love me, or I wouldn’t have made it out alive. Today, I’m still struggling, but I’m on the search of feeling peace again. I am doing much better than I was, and any progress is success in my book.

Thank you for reading all of this. I love you all so much, and if any of you are struggling, just remember that you will live to have another good day.

I want to know who decided that having unnaturally colored hair makes you worth less as an employee.
In this job market and economy, the least you all can do is allow a little self expression.
And they KNOW it looks good!!!
If 105 year old Karen is complaining that it’s distracting, she was going to complain about something regardless.
