Comment YES if you want my favorite clean body + lymph tools!

Cellulite isn’t a flaw, it’s usually connected to what’s happening under the skin.

In this reel, I’m breaking down common root causes like circulation, lymph flow, connective tissue, hormones, inflammation + overall toxin load.

You don’t need to fix your body…
but you can support it 🫶

Wellness that costs $0? Yes please. Tag your favorite wellness buddy who needs this $0 tip 🫶

This lazy girl pose isn’t just relaxing—it’s doing the most behind the scenes:

1. Lymphatic support:
Elevating your legs helps fluid drain back toward your core, reducing puffiness + helping your body naturally detox.

2. Lower cortisol (aka stress hormone):
This activates your parasympathetic nervous system (the chill mode), which helps lower cortisol levels and reduce anxiety over time.

3. Better circulation:
After a day of sitting, standing, and being upright, your legs deserve a little gravity shift. This helps blood flow more efficiently and eases heaviness.

4. Nervous system reset:
Your body literally interprets this position as safe. It can slow your heart rate, calm your mind, and prep you for better sleep.

And again—it’s free.
No powders. No equipment. Just a wall.

Try it for 10 minutes before bed and let your body do its thing.

Same calories. Completely different story.

Most people aren't eating a Crumbl cookie for lunch. But some are, and if you're a "calories in, calories out" person, this is exactly why that's not the full picture.

760 calories, both sides. One plate: grilled chicken, brown rice, roasted vegetables, side salad. The other: one Crumbl Pink Sugar Cookie, and yes, the whole cookie, not the 1/4-cookie serving size Crumbl lists on the menu.

One stat I'll call out before someone tries to argue this point: sodium (537mg vs. the cookie's 199mg). Fair to point out. But also, duh, a cookie should not need 199mg of sodium. That's flavor engineering, not seasoning.

And that cookie has 43 ingredients, including multiple artificial dyes, high fructose corn syrup, and preservatives. My lunch has 12. All recognizable.

As a Functional Nutrition Specialist, I do the work so you don't have to. Drop your requests below.

Save this for the next time someone tells you a calorie is a calorie.

Crumbl Pink Sugar Cookie nutrition based on official serving size data and third-party verification (whole cookie); homemade lunch calculated via USDA FoodData Central. Amounts may vary by location/prep.

Save this and share it with anyone who orders their vitamins on Amazon.

Here's what I couldn't fit into the reel. There's a reason supplement fraud on Amazon is worse than fraud on other categories. Supplements are a RECURRING purchase. People find one they like and reorder it every month for years. Fraudsters know that. Which means they're more incentivized to counterfeit supplements than they are to counterfeit a one-time item like my old headbands. It's not the brands fault, we have zero control! We need Amazon to increase security to protect us!

Every time you set up a monthly Amazon reorder for your favorite supplement, you're creating a target.

Even trusted brands have publicly warned their customers that their products on Amazon are being counterfeited. Some officially state they cannot guarantee the authenticity of anything sold on Amazon that they didn't ship themselves.

Buy directly from your practitioner or the brand's website. Set up your subscription there. Every single time.

If you find a brand's product on Amazon at a significantly cheaper price than the brand's own website, that's a red flag, not a deal.

And I've done it before too but I learned and adapted to make sure I'm getting my correct supplements!

Ever wonder what those little fruit stickers actually mean?

Those numbers aren’t random. They’re trying to tell you exactly how that fruit was grown. Here’s the breakdown and an easy way to remember:

The “4-5-9 Rule” 🍌🍎🍊
🟡 4-digit code (starts with 3 or 4)
• Conventionally grown (often sprayed with synthetic pesticides)
• 🔁 Easy way to remember: “4 = Farm, but with Funky stuff”

🟢 5-digit code starting with 9
• Organic — no GMOs or synthetic pesticides
• 💚 Remember: “9 is Fine”

🔴 5-digit code starting with 8
• Genetically modified (GMO) — though you’ll rarely see it
• 🚫 Think: “8 = Hate it” (if you care about clean eating)

⚪️ Code starting with 6
• Not part of the official system
• Usually a store or supplier’s internal code
• ⚠️ Think: “6 = Sketchy” (when in doubt, skip it unless it’s labeled organic)

🎯 Bottom line: That tiny sticker? It’s doing more than ringing up your fruit
