POV: feeling a lot of resistance to workout lately…

I guess I’m just becoming aware of the reasons I actually worked out and it wasn’t about feeling good…it was more than anything to meet some external expectations of myself & others…

You might be wondering why does it matter? Well the I used to workout so much that my hormones went into overdrive and adrenal fatigue became unbearable after years of over abuse…not knowing when to rest or when to go hard…

I say all this to bring awareness…that if you’re a woman and feeling like crap after working out don’t ignore it because you think meeting Expectations is more important. Your body is HIGHLY intuitive and smart. Don’t ignore the signs…you can reach your goals without compromising your hormones!

Through cycle syncing I’ve learned that certain times of the month REST does more for your body than pushing hard at the gym…and viceversa but since I’m also in a healing journey with working out, following a protocol blindly won’t help you heal…you'll just end up self obsessing over that too…

all this to say that Cycle syncing is amazing and it’s the first step to becoming aware of the self abuse I had been unconsciously causing my body because of years of misinformation I followed to stay a healthy woman. But I also recognize as a spiritual aware person that following cycle syncing with the same mindset or state that “I need meet my external expectations“ will eventually put me back in the same place I started…so cheers to a healing journey and starting from scratch 🥂

I feel so whole. I found my peace and met with source- me the creator of my universe.

It’s as if time stood and space amplified. My heart beating to the tune of my body, my rhythm.

I said I feel so happy and whole, I’m good to just fall asleep…and in the next moment I’m floating in this vast…my own universe? This is is really me, mine?!

I felt it so much that my body responded yes without hesitation or fear. I felt worthy. Worthy that I can have it all and be all.

And all it took was for me tune into the emotion I that had been there all along. All along the times I had music since my early childhood. Ever since I could breath music was a constant. Something that made me feel free. And freedom is something I’ve apparently been searching for all this time 😅

Getting lost in the music is all it took for me to connect with my heart and my whole being. It only took a moment for me to be one one with sound, vibration and frequency. It took one moment to set myself free. This is what feeling whole means to me.

I will forever let this guide me in fulfilling my destiny as a human being in this earth and I wish the same for you 💓

The amount of blessings I’ve counted for this year can go on and on but the biggest one is you my love, my soulmate, my always and forever 🫶🏽

Day 2 was SO POWERFUL!

I legit feel like a whole other woman and I’m READY for the next 10 years!

I finally feel like I have a clear vision of my destiny 😍🥹

First time ever taking digitals for modeling 🥹🫶🏽 so excited to put myself out there to see where this can go 🥰 thank you for inspiring me to do this 🥰 and thanks to my boo for taking the pictures 📸

How fun was this? Did an icebath with my mom 😅 happy Mother’s Day ❤️

Let me describe the situation:
•it’s almost 8pm
•she really wanted to get to 2min without much of a struggle
•water temp is 35 degrees
•we were freezing just thinking about it
•she wanted me to go in with her since I offered 😅
•thankfully we had 2min ice bath meditation 😍

All in all she did it and not we know you can comfortably fit 2 people in our ice bath at the same time 😂
