No one talks about the founder to CEO mindset shift. No one talks about the work it takes to realize and then break out of being the bottleneck in your business…
This summer, especially June, is my integration season and let me tell you it’s HARD and draining and frustrating but I’m grateful that I get to do this.
That I’ve built the business I have and that I get to enter this new chapter of my life and my career.
The definition of success has changed, the goals have changed. And that’s part of why this shift is so difficult but it’s also really rewarding.
More hobbies, more travel, more fun coming soon, I can’t wait to share!!

If you read my newsletter, you know what I mean. Nutrition, therapy, working out, my health and productive rest. Putting myself first is the theme of this summer, even if that’s a balancing act during this season of life and business.
Beyond privileged to have the work and opportunities I do, , I can’t say that I expected where we are today but I always knew it was possible and I’m excited to see where we go next!!

May so far ✨ this month was all about slowing down and integration
There’s a lot of building going on BTS right now. Infrastructure, big financial decisions, pushing myself out of my comfort zone and trying new things
I’m also coming back home to myself in that process. Reconnecting with family and friends, finding new hobbies and finding peace in the chaos. If Q1 was the dirty eye of the storm, now we’re in the rebuilding to come back stronger phase and I’m excited about the second half of 2026 to come!!
