Maddie Esthetician

Hello everyone I hope this new change in season is treating you well. I love doing what I do. To help manage my schedule, protect everyone’s time and to ensure availability, starting on Monday September 28th I will be updating my cancellation and no show policy.
Going forward I kindly ask for at least a 24hr notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

My updated policy terms:
* Late cancellations:
Appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of your service.
* No-shows:
Cancellations and no shows without any prior notice will be subject to a fee equal to the full amount of your service.
I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I will always evaluate unforeseen circumstances on a case by case basis.

Thank you everyone so much for your understanding, cooperation, and continued support in my small business!
Best regards- Maddie Esthetician
