But your knotless shouldn’t stay in too long without giving your natural hair some attention.

Leaving them in too long can result in:

Matting at the roots
Excess shedding buildup
Breakage during takedown
Dry, weak strands
Stress on your edge

After taking them down you should DETANGLE, WASH & CONDITION, LET YOUR HAIR BREATHE FOR ATLEAST A WEEK & TRIM if needed.
