But I have to admit… coming back to work hits a little differently when you genuinely love what you do and the clients you get to care for. 🥹

So yes, I’d happily take a few more days with my toes in the sand… but I’m also grateful to be back at Skin Sanctuary, refreshed and ready to see all of you again. ✨

If I could recommend only one skincare product, it would be SPF.

☀️ It helps prevent:
• Premature aging
• Fine lines & wrinkles
• Sun spots and uneven pigmentation
• Collagen breakdown
• Skin cancer

The truth is, the best Botox, filler, lasers, and skincare products can only do so much if you’re not protecting your skin from UV damage.

Aim for an SPF 30+ (or higher), apply it every morning—even on cloudy days—and reapply every 2 hours if you’re spending time outdoors.

Healthy skin isn’t about perfection. It’s about protecting what you have.
