Being around disinfectants, aerosols, fumes, and chemicals all day at work honestly changed how I shop for home products 😅

I started making SMALL swaps where I could instead of trying to change everything overnight.

No… I’m not perfect.

And no… this isn’t me judging anyone’s products 😂

But as a dental assistant, I realized I’m already exposed to so much at work… so I wanted my home to feel a little ‘cleaner’ for my nervous system and lungs 💀
