👇 My trusted anti-aging skincare secret
1. A puffy face doesn’t always need more skincare.
I spent years looking at my face as a “skin” problem. Now, when I wake up puffy, I think about sleep, stress, food, inflammation and what happened the day before.
2. If your face is puffy, don’t start your massage on your face.
I start with my neck first, then move upwards. This completely changed the way I approach morning puffiness.
3. More skincare does NOT mean better skin.
Sometimes my skin needs less, not another serum, mask or active.
4. Your face can hold more tension than you realise.
Jaw. Forehead. Around the eyes. The expressions you repeat every day matter.
5. Good results after a treatment don’t mean you should repeat it tomorrow.
This was a big one for me. Stimulation needs recovery. Sometimes doing nothing the next day is part of the routine.
6. Your morning face often tells you what happened yesterday.
Poor sleep, stress, salty food, dehydration and a late night can all show up in my face the next morning.
7. Expensive skincare cannot compensate for bad sleep.
Sleep became one of the things I started paying much more attention to when I stopped looking at skincare in isolation.
8. NAD became part of the bigger picture for me too.
I became much more interested in what was happening inside my body, rather than only what I was putting on my skin. NAD is involved in cellular energy and naturally declines with age, which is why it became something I wanted to learn more about as part of my wider routine.
9. The same routine every day doesn’t make sense when your skin isn’t the same every day.
Some days I massage, some days I use a device, some days I focus on skincare, and some days I leave my face alone.
10. Alcohol showed on my face more than I realised.
I only understood how much after I stopped drinking.
11. There is no ONE product that will change your face.
This took me the longest to understand.
It wasn’t one serum, device, treatment or supplement that changed the way I approach my skin.
It was understanding the patterns.

Not a full life overhaul - just 30 intentional days to feel like yourself again.
1. sleep like it’s sacred
7–9 hours. no doomscrolling in bed. this does more for your glow than anything else on this list.
2. hydrate like it’s your job
2–3l of water a day. add electrolytes or lemon. your skin and your energy will thank you.
3. eat to feel good
mostly whole foods. enough protein. less processed stuff. the glow really does start from the inside.
4. move every day
strength train a few times a week. walk daily. pilates or yoga for posture and feeling strong in your body.
5. skincare reset
cleanse, moisturise, spf every single day. exfoliate 1–2x a week. ice roller + hydrating mask when you want extra glow.
6. polish the details
haircut, brows, lashes, nails, a weekly hair mask. whatever makes you feel put together.
7. fix your posture
stretch daily. stand tall. open body language changes how you feel more than we admit.
8. wardrobe refresh
basics that make you feel good. let go of the clothes that don’t feel like her anymore.
9. get outside + take yourself out
30 min of sun a day for your mood and nervous system. café, beach, a solo museum trip. learn to actually enjoy your own company.
10. glow habits > glow products
journal 5–10 min. gratitude, goals, reflections. meditate when you can. this is the part that lasts.

What I do to look like I'm still in my 40s👇 (SAVE THIS) - #2 is the one i’d never give up
and none of it is what you’d think. it’s not about being a certain size - it’s the glow + recovery habits nobody actually shares:
💆♀️ 1. lymphatic drainage, daily - gua sha, dry brushing, face massage. it’s the de-puffing + circulation trick behind that “lit from within” skin.
🔋 2. NMN every morning - the one i’d never give up. NAD+ (your cells’ repair fuel) drops with age, so your cells slow down on repair. NMN is what your body turns back into NAD+ to keep them running. (the one i use is linked in my bio 🧬)
🧴 3. SPF like it’s religion - the real “model secret” is they protect their skin obsessively. most visible aging is sun, and it comes through windows too.
😴 4. sleep is sacred - “beauty sleep” is literal. collagen gets made in deep sleep. magnesium + glycine, cool dark room.
💧 5. hydration + electrolytes - for glowing skin and steady all-day energy instead of flat and depleted.
🧘♀️ 6. long-line strength + posture - pilates, walking, carrying themselves tall. presence and posture read as confidence at any age.
🔴 7. they invest in recovery - red light, sauna, facials, cold. skin and energy from the outside in, it was never genetics or starving, it’s consistency and recovery - that’s the actual secret.

My body changed when I stopped fighting it, and started supporting it.
Here are the 5 things I stopped doing after 50:
💧 1. Starting my day with caffeine.
Water first. Then matcha.
🧬 2. Accepting low energy as “normal aging.”
I take NMN every morning to support healthy cellular energy as I age. It’s the one supplement I never skip.
🏋️♀️ 3. Doing endless cardio.
Strength training changed my body more than hours on a treadmill ever did.
🥩 4. Undereating protein.
I aim for around 30g at every meal to support muscle, recovery, and healthy aging.
😴 5. Sacrificing sleep.
Nothing improves my energy, skin, and recovery like protecting 7–8 hours every night.
Nothing extreme. Nothing complicated. Just habits I can repeat consistently.
🧬 The exact NMN I use every morning is linked below https://linktwin.co/pREsTn
You just need consistency
💪 1. strength training 3x a week
not cardio, cardio won't hold your face up. muscle does. lifting changed my body composition, my posture, and my confidence in ways I never expected. this is non-negotiable.
😴 2. same bedtime every single night
your skin repairs itself on a schedule. inconsistent sleep breaks that cycle completely. I treated sleep as optional for most of my 40s, it showed on my face.
🐟 3. omega-3s every single day
your skin barrier needs fat to hold moisture. without it everything creases, dries out, and no amount of moisturiser fixes it from the outside.
🧬 4. NMN every morning, still the one I'd never skip
I know I mentioned this in Part 1 but I'd be doing you a disservice leaving it out. by 50 your cellular energy has dropped by nearly half. NMN is what restores it. everything else on this list works better because of this one thing. (link in bio)
🧂 5. electrolytes in my water, not just plain water
plumper, more hydrated skin by 9am. I noticed a difference within days of adding this. not expensive, not complicated.
🚶♀️ 6. 10k steps every single day
circulation, lymphatic drainage, blood sugar control. your face literally looks different when you're consistent with this. I get mine on the treadmill , it all counts.
🪮 7. brushing my hair every single day
I skipped this for years. daily brushing boosts scalp circulation, distributes natural oils, and keeps hair looking thicker and healthier. 2 minutes. that's it.

At 63, I finally stopped expecting one expensive cream to do all the work.
What made the biggest difference wasn’t glamorous, it was repeating these 7 simple habits every day:
☀️ 1. Morning sunlight.
It supports my sleep, mood, and energy throughout the day.
🧬 2. NMN every morning.
The supplement I personally keep in my routine to support my daily energy. The exact NMN I use is linked in my bio.
🥚 3. A protein-first breakfast.
It helps me feel satisfied, strong, and energized for longer.
🏋️♀️ 4. Strength training.
Because maintaining muscle becomes even more important after 40.
🧴 5. Daily SPF.
Even when it’s cloudy and even when I’m staying mostly indoors.
🚶♀️ 6. Walking after meals.
Nothing extreme, just consistent daily movement.
😴 7. Protecting my sleep.
I aim for 7–8 hours and try to be in bed before 10:30.
None of these habits is a miracle on its own. The real secret is doing them consistently.

The 7 habits I swear by 👇 (SAVE THIS)
☀️ 1. Morning sunlight (no sunglasses): Getting 10 minutes of direct morning light in your eyes resets your circadian rhythm. It balances your cortisol levels so you don’t experience the stress spikes that actively break down collagen.
💆♀️ 2. Deep-pressure Gua Sha: Don’t just lightly stroke your skin. Applying firm, deep pressure along your jawline and cheekbones stimulates the facial bone underneath. Keeping your bone structure strong stops your face from shrinking and sagging as you age.
🍵 3. A cup of organic Matcha green tea: It’s packed with EGCG, a massive antioxidant that stops sebum oxidation (which causes clogged pores and dullness) and protects your skin from environmental damage.
🔋 4. daily NMN - my non-negotiable. by 50 your cellular energy drops by almost half, so skin cells run out of fuel to repair. NMN acts like a power charger so they rebuild firm, fresh skin. (the one i use each morning is linked in my bio 🧬)
😴 5. Glycine powder before bed: Glycine is the main amino acid your body needs to actually produce collagen. Taking it at night also lowers your core body temperature, pulling you into a much deeper, skin-regenerating sleep.
🥦 6. Raw broccoli sprouts in the morning: These are packed with sulforaphane, a compound that literally flips the switch on your body’s master internal antioxidant defense system to clear out cellular aging.
🙅♀️ 7. Ditching synthetic fragrances: Swapping out heavily perfumed areas and candles protects your endocrine system. Keeping hormone disruptions out of your routine is crucial for maintaining skin density past-50.
Consistency is the ultimate bio-hack. Turn these into daily habits and watch how fast your skin and energy completely transform.

Self-care isn’t always spa days and switching off.
Sometimes it’s noticing what your body needs before you hit empty.
More sleep.
More movement.
Better nutrition.
Time outside.
Less pressure to keep pushing through.
For me, NAD+ has also become part of that routine, supporting the way I look after my energy and overall wellbeing.
The older I get, the more I realise self-care is really about supporting how you want to feel every day.

These are the simple meals I eat to stay strong, lean and glowing at 63.
Nothing complicated. Just real, nourishing food built around protein, healthy fats and plenty of plants.
Here’s exactly what I ate today:
🍳 Breakfast — Soft Scrambled Eggs + Avocado
▪️ 3 eggs
▪️ ½ avocado
▪️ Handful of spinach
▪️ Sea salt + black pepper
▪️ Drizzle of olive oil
→ Gently scramble the eggs, fold in the spinach until just wilted, and serve with sliced avocado.
🥗 Lunch — Lemon Herb Chicken Salad
▪️ 150g cooked chicken breast
▪️ Mixed greens
▪️ Cucumber + cherry tomatoes
▪️ Fresh parsley or dill
▪️ Olive oil + fresh lemon juice
▪️ Handful of pumpkin seeds
→ Slice or shred the chicken over the greens, add the vegetables and herbs, then finish with olive oil and lemon.
🐟 Dinner — Lemon Garlic Salmon + Greens
▪️ 160g salmon fillet
▪️ Broccoli + zucchini
▪️ Fresh garlic + lemon
▪️ Olive oil
▪️ Sea salt + black pepper
→ Add everything to a baking tray and bake at 180°C / 350°F for about 15–18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
But here’s something I learned:
I was already eating well, exercising and taking care of myself... but as I got older, I started paying more attention to what was happening at the cellular level too.
That’s when I learned about NAD and its role in cellular energy. NAD naturally declines with age, so supporting healthy NAD levels became another part of my morning routine.
It doesn’t replace the basics. It goes alongside them. 🧬
I really hope this helps you the way it helped me. https://linktwin.co/pREsTn
