I help women fit healthy habits into their busy schedule by providing tools to implement sustainable lifestyle changes. I had a terrible relationship with food.

About me

Before I was healthy I was unhealthy. Like many other people in this world, except for the rare unicorns who were born healthy (well, actually, we all pretty much had that gift) and have no problem at all at keeping a healthy lifestyle. No, I was like the great (GREAT!) majority of people out there, willing to change but lacking the right support environment and the tools to kick off my transformation. How many years spent dieting, depriving myself, losing weight, gaining it back, losing it again. I saw it as comforting and threatening at the same time, an issue that I had to deal with every day. To be completely honest, food for me has been a problem that, for a long time, I didn’t deal with very well. I knew what my overall health goals were (why can’t I be lighter, slimmer, more toned, why can’t I have control over food, stop eating until I feel sick, blah, blah, blah…), but I couldn’t break them down into actionable steps and get clarity around the real issues that were preventing me from achieving what I wanted. If I would have had someone I could have been accountable to, someone who would have listened to me and helped me understand my priorities and implement action steps to finally become the person I wanted to be, that would have been much easier. It took a long time to get to this point, where I feel happy with myself and grateful for that. If only my-20-something-self would have had the chance to meet a health coach, she could have saved herself a lot of pain, frustration and sense of failure. What I learned from my experience is that you don’t have to be perfect to feel good in your own skin. You can achieve whatever you want, you may just need some help. I also learned that asking for help is not a sign of weakness - It’s taking responsibility for your health in a way that can completely and permanently transform your life.

🌱 Perché continuo a confondere urgente e importante.
🌱 Come dire no senza sentirsi in colpa
