“Do you pay regular visits to yourself?”
— Rumi
I love this question.
And I think monthly planning can be one way to do exactly that.
Before you jump into the next month, pause for a moment and look back.
What did you enjoy?
Where did your energy go?
What kept getting pushed aside?
What did you learn about yourself?
And then, instead of immediately filling the new month with meetings, errands, deadlines and things you “should” do, get curious.
What matters to me right now?
Maybe it’s an important work project or it’s your health. Maybe it’s seeing your friends, calling your sister, getting outside, making something, taking a trip, or simply having a little more space to breathe.
Your calendar tells a story about what you are paying attention to.
So why not make it a little more intentional?
PAUSE.
Get CURIOUS.
Be KIND.
Then plan the month ahead.
And if you want some company in this process, this is exactly the kind of work I do with people 1:1 through mindful productivity coaching. We look at the whole picture, figure out what really matters now, and create a plan that works with your actual life, not some imaginary perfectly organized version of it.

Start your Monday by thinking about when you might have nice coffee breaks this week.
Your FIKA time, as they call it in Sweden.
Your OCHA NO JIKAN, or “tea time,” in Japan.
Your KAHVITAUKO, the Finnish coffee break.
Different places, different names.
Same beautiful idea: pause.
Plan your pausing. Be intentional about.
Enjoy it.

When you take time to slow down and get to know yourself, you will connect to highest part of yourself. Do not be afraid to slow down and KNOW THYSELF.
3 reasons to have a Strategy Session with me:
1. You’re doing a lot, but not moving the things that matter forward.
You have great ideas and projects, but your attention is everywhere.
2. You want a plan for the next 3 months that includes your whole life.
Business, personal goals, rest, play, and space to actually live.
3. You have something you really want to do, but you can’t get yourself started.
We’ll slow down, get clear, and create a realistic way to begin and keep going.
You don’t need another productivity system.
You might just need some space to think, someone to help you see the bigger picture, and a plan that works with your actual life.
DM me to schedule a Strategy Session. Thank you to my beautiful friend Nika being a photographer and model for this video 🤍🙏🏽🤗

STUDENT OF THE GAME 🎓🎮📺
What are you learning right now?
Student of the Game is a simple self-learning session inside Focus Lab. You choose something you’re curious about, spend focused time learning, and then come back to the group to share what you discovered.
You can read a book, watch a documentary, listen to a podcast, take a course, explore a new subject, or simply follow a question you’ve been curious about.
The idea is simple: we all have something to learn, and we all have something to teach.

Where are you most productive?
Does your environment affect your focus?
I love libraries. I often plan work sessions with myself there. I also have a little ritual when I’m in a new city: I visit the local library. It gives me a feeling for the local people and the community.
The Gabriel García Márquez Library in Barcelona was spacious, beautifully designed, and super welcoming. I spent some time reading and journaling there.
Do you work in libraries?
What are your favorite places to be productive?
You are energy....

We can all meditate anywhere. 🌿
Over the last two months, I’ve traveled quite a bit and found myself in many different places around the world.
And in between airports, buses, new cities, unfamiliar beds, and busy days, I kept coming back to something very simple: sitting down and taking a moment to connect with myself.
Three breaths.
Just feeling the air move under my nose as I breathe in and out.
Then noticing my feet on the ground.
That’s it.
Simple. Quiet. Centering.
Meditation doesn’t always have to be 20 minutes on a cushion in a perfectly peaceful room. Sometimes, it can be three breaths while sitting in an airport, standing in a new city, or waiting for your coffee.
I hope you remember that you can always come back to yourself, no matter where you are.
Take three breaths.
Feel your feet.
Be here. 🌸

September always feels a little like a fresh beginning.
Summer is winding down, routines are returning, and suddenly there are so many things we could be doing.
But what if, instead of trying to do everything, you created a little space to focus on what actually matters?
That’s what we do inside Focus Lab.
It’s a community for people who want to get things done without constantly rushing, pushing, or doing it all alone.
In September, we’ll have:
✨ Max Meditation, calm your mind, reconnect with yourself, and begin from a place of clarity.
🎯 Focus Days, 4 hours of intentional, concentrated work, with four 50-minute power sessions to move your essential tasks forward.
☕ Focus Hour, pause, reflect on the past month, celebrate what worked, learn from what didn’t, and gently plan what’s next.
📚 Student of the Game, a self-learning session where we learn together and share what we’re discovering.
💛 Community Hangout, because productivity is also about having people to share the journey with.
You don’t have to figure everything out by yourself.
Sometimes, you just need a little structure, a little accountability, and a group of people who are also trying to do meaningful things with their time and energy.
Want to try it?
Your first month in Focus Lab is free.
Come see what happens when you give yourself a little more focus, and a little less pressure.
