Five things I stopped doing at 50 when I realized energy isn’t something you earn at the end of a productive day.
It’s something you protect at the start of one.
If you’re a high-performing woman who has tried everything and still wakes up exhausted, this is the conversation no one is having with you.
DM me GUIDE and I’ll send you the full P.O.W.E.R. framework. No fluff. Just the system.

I took an AI class this week and things got a little out of hand.
Harper’s Bazaar, you’re welcome. 😂
Most of my week never makes it here.
The real stuff. The wandering thoughts on a 6AM walk because the warehouse wasn’t the place for them.
Eating lunch sitting down three times and feeling genuinely proud of that.
Standing in front of a massive sculpture at Tuesday night.
Warm, textured, the kind of piece that pulls you in before you even decide to look.
I had no idea what it meant. 🤣 I stayed for 10 minutes anyway.
A caterpillar by the new property. Didn’t plan it. Choosing to see it as a sign.
The sauna on Wednesday that sweated out every hard decision I made on Monday.
I make better choices after I sweat. This is science. Or at least it is my science.
More dinners out than I planned. Good food, real conversation, zero agenda. The table is where trust gets built and energy gets restored.
Connection is not a break from the work. It is the work.
This is what the week actually looked like. Not polished. Not planned. Just real.
Except the cover. That one is aspirational.😉
You are doing better than you think. Showing up for your work, your people, and yourself — that is not small.
Go do something just for you tonight.
What is the most real thing that happened in your week that never made it to your feed?

I used to treat myself like the last item on my own to-do list.
Not because I didn’t care about my health. But because somewhere along the way, I convinced myself that taking care of everyone else first was just... what leaders do.
It wasn’t selfless. It was unsustainable.
The shift didn’t come from adding more.
It came from protecting one hour
and finally treating myself like someone worth showing up for.
That single decision changed how I lead, how I think, and how I feel in my own body.
If you’re ready to stop running on empty and start your mornings differently, DM me GUIDE for the exact system I use.
This is what it looks like when you actually live the season, not just survive it.
The school year is wrapping up.
A new season of more family time is coming.
And we are going to need more energy for it.
The difference between showing up for that season or just getting through it is not discipline.
It is energy.
A few years ago I would have been running on fumes by now.
Exhausted.
Checked out.
Just trying to get to the other side.
Now I am present. Clear. Actually here for it.
Not because I overhauled my entire life.
Because I stopped treating my energy like the last thing on the list and started protecting it like the most important resource I have.
Small shifts. Better sleep. Better fuel.
Saying no to the things quietly draining me.
They compounded.
And now the season I used to dread, I am actually looking forward to.
If you are heading into summer running on empty, I have something free for you.
DM me RESET and I will show you exactly where to start. 🤍
Nobody asked for my certification when I built a multi-million dollar company from the ground up.
They watched how I showed up.
They watched how I led.
They watched what I buit
and how I built it.
Somewhere along the way, I started believing that wasn’t enough.
That without letters behind my name, I couldn’t charge for what I know.
That 30 years of figuring it out (the discipline, the pivots, the hard seasons, the showing up anyway) somehow didn’t count.
Here’s what I know now.
Certifications teach you what to know.
Experience teaches you what works.
My clients aren’t depleted because they lack information.
They’re depleted because they’ve been collecting it and still can’t make it stick.
They don’t need another program.
They need someone who has actually lived it.
Maintained her health.
Led her team.
Raised her family.
Kept going… not just in a season, but across decades.
That woman exists.
And she’s done waiting to feel qualified enough to help you.
If you’re successful on paper and exhausted behind the scenes, trust me you don’t need more information.
You need someone who’s been where you are and knows the way through.
Comment RESET and I’ll send you exactly where to start.

The story you tell yourself about who you are that’s the one that runs the show.🧐
Not your résumé.
Not your role.
Not what you’ve been called to do for everyone else.
Your story.
And most high-performing women don’t realize this until they’re exhausted.
You’ve been editing yourself down.
Making yourself smaller.
More manageable.
More palatable for everyone else in the room.
You’ve been so busy carrying everyone else’s narrative that you forgot to write your own.
That ends today.💪🏻
You don’t have to shrink it.
You don’t have to qualify it.
You don’t have to take up any less space than you were born to fill.
Because here’s what I know to be true …
It’s never too late. You are right on time.
The messy middle. The hard-won wisdom.
The version of you that’s still becoming, she’s not a liability. She’s the whole point.
That’s where your power lives.
Own it.
All of it.
Right now.
Exactly as you are.
So tell me, which part of your story have you been apologizing for?
Drop it below. I read every single one. 👇
And if this landed send it to a woman who needs permission to stop shrinking today.

This one is for every woman who shows up for everyone else.
The moms. The bonus moms. The aunts who feel like moms. The friends who mother everyone in the room.
The women who pack the lunches, hold the teams together, answer the calls, and still somehow find a way to show up again tomorrow.
You know who you are.
And so does everyone around you, even when they forget to say it.
Mother’s Day isn’t just about being celebrated.
It’s a reminder that you deserve to pour back into yourself.
Not as a reward, but as a necessity.
You can’t lead your family, your team, or your life from a depleted place.
So today, let someone take care of you.
And tomorrow, let’s talk about making that the norm.
You’ve earned it. 💐
You know exactly who needs to read this.

Mother’s Day is coming.
And we already knew how it was going to go.
Everyone else taken care of first.
Plans coordinated. Everyone celebrated.
And somewhere in the middle of it all… us, last.
So the Wednesday before, we chose differently.
A group of us gathered at .
Not because we had extra time.
Not because everything on our list was done.
Because we decided that this year, we are walking into this Mother’s Day already filled up.
Already restored. Already present.
Not running on empty hoping someone would notice.
We laughed. We exhaled. We actually received something for once.
And we rolled into the weekend leading from a full cup
instead of an empty one.
This is what it looks like when women decide to go first.
Not someday.
Not after.
Before.
Lead yourself before you lead others.
Tag the woman in your life who deserves to go first. 💕👇🏼
And save this so that next time you need permission to choose yourself, here it is.

This Mother’s Day I want to give you something different.
Permission.
Permission to stop waiting until everyone else is taken care of before you take care of yourself.
You’ve spent decades pouring into everyone around you.
Your kids. Your team. Your clients. Your family.
And somewhere in all of that, you ended up last on your own list.
That ends here.
DM me the word RESET and I’ll send you my simple 3-step energy reset — my gift to you this week.
Because the best thing you can give everyone who needs you
is a version of you that isn’t running on empty.
