the secret habits that help me look in 30s (im 52 now) 👇 (SAVE THIS) - #2 is the one i’d never give up
and none of it is what you’d think. it’s not about being a certain size - it’s the glow + recovery habits nobody actually shares:
💆♀️ 1. lymphatic drainage, daily - gua sha, dry brushing, face massage. it’s the de-puffing + circulation trick behind that “lit from within” skin.
🔋 2. NMN every morning - the one i’d never give up. NAD+ (your cells’ repair fuel) drops with age, so your cells slow down on repair. NMN is what your body turns back into NAD+ to keep them running. (the one i use is linked in my bio 🧬)
🧴 3. SPF like it’s religion - the real “model secret” is they protect their skin obsessively. most visible aging is sun, and it comes through windows too.
😴 4. sleep is sacred - “beauty sleep” is literal. collagen gets made in deep sleep. magnesium + glycine, cool dark room.
💧 5. hydration + electrolytes - for glowing skin and steady all-day energy instead of flat and depleted.
🧘♀️ 6. long-line strength + posture - pilates, walking, carrying themselves tall. presence and posture read as confidence at any age.
🔴 7. they invest in recovery - red light, sauna, facials, cold. skin and energy from the outside in, it was never genetics or starving, it’s consistency and recovery - that’s the actual secret.

If you’re over 40, stop chasing extreme fitness trends. Stick to what actually works 👇
🚶 1. Daily walking movement — Walking on a pad or outdoors at a steady pace improves insulin sensitivity, supports joint health, and drives low-stress cardiovascular output.
🧬 2. NMN every single morning — My non-negotiable precursor. As we age, natural NAD+ levels decline dramatically, slowing cellular repair and causing fatigue. NMN fuels cellular energy and longevity from the inside out. (The exact one I use is linked in my bio 🧬)
🥩 3. High protein baseline — Build every meal around 30g+ of quality protein to preserve lean muscle mass, protect joint integrity, and support your metabolism as you age.
🧴 4. Daily SPF protection — Up to 90% of skin aging comes from daily UV exposure. Consistency here protects your skin barrier better than any post-damage routine.
💧 5. Hydrate before caffeine — Rehydrating with water and essential electrolytes first thing in the morning sets up optimal cellular function before touching coffee.
😴 6. Strict sleep window — Deep sleep is where recovery, muscle repair, and hormone balance actually happen. Keep a consistent bedtime every night.
Simple habits, consistent discipline, zero shortcuts.

if you’re between 40 and 65 and aren’t doing these yet — now is the time to start 👇
❄️ 1. something cold on your face every morning
I’m using a frozen aloe vera cube here, but a regular ice cube, cold compress or frozen cucumber works too. it helps de-puff and temporarily tighten the look of your skin. 30 seconds, simple and basically free.
☀️ 2. morning sunlight before your phone
get outside for 10 minutes shortly after waking up. morning light helps set your circadian rhythm and supports a healthy cortisol rhythm throughout the day. one of the easiest free habits I’ve kept.
💧 3. water before coffee — every morning
you’ve gone all night without drinking anything. rehydrate first, then have your coffee. it’s such a small habit, but it’s become completely non-negotiable for me.
🧬 4. NAD every morning — I wish I’d started sooner
NAD+ levels naturally decline as we age, and NMN is a precursor your body can use to make NAD+. I use it as part of my routine to support cellular energy and healthy aging from the inside. consistency matters more to me than anything. (the one I use is linked in my bio)
🐟 5. omega-3s every single day
healthy fats are an important part of supporting your skin barrier and overall skin health. I make sure I’m getting omega-3s consistently instead of trying to fix everything with products on top.
😴 6. a consistent bedtime every night
your body does a lot of its recovery while you sleep. I try to be in bed around the same time every night instead of constantly changing my schedule. boring habit, huge payoff.
🛏️ 7. moisturizer + oil every night
I apply moisturizer first, then press about 3 drops of rosehip or jojoba oil over it. I also love a silk pillowcase because there’s less friction against my face while I sleep.
start all of these now. your future self will thank you 🤍

I’m 52. These are the 7 rules I stay consistent with for healthy, glowing skin after 50 👇 (SAVE THIS)
simple healthy-aging habits that actually fit into real life — number 3 is my
🍌 1. the banana peel rub. inner side, upward strokes, 2 minutes before cleansing. the peel is full of antioxidants and it tightens as it dries — and before you ask: it’s free, it works as a gentle prep, and dermatologists love arguing about it. let them.
🥩 2. protein with every meal.
it helps maintain muscle and supports healthy skin, hair, and nails.
🧬 3. liposomal NMN+ every morning. the one i’d never give up. by 50 your cellular energy is nearly half gone, and skin cells without fuel stop repairing daily damage. this refuels them. (the exact one i use is linked in my bio 🧬)
💧 4. water before coffee.
i hydrate first thing every morning — simple, free, and easy.
😴 5. 7–8 hours of sleep.
recovery matters, so i protect my bedtime.
🥗 6. mostly whole foods.
eggs, berries, veggies, salmon, and healthy fats are staples for me.
🏃♀️ 7. daily movement.
even when i don’t work out, i walk. staying active is one of my favorite healthy-aging habits.
nothing fancy, lovely.
just simple anti-aging habits repeated long enough to make a difference.

1. NMN in water, first thing, before coffee. NAD+ drops as you get older and this is the precursor I take to top it back up. Link’s in my bio 🧬.
2. Cold water on the face, twenty seconds. It’s de-puffing, not anti-ageing - I’d rather tell you that than sell it to you.
3. SPF every single day. If you only ever do one thing, it’s this one.
4. A prescription retinoid at night.
5. A ceramide moisturiser. Cheap is genuinely fine.
6. Azelaic acid for redness. The most underrated thing in the aisle.
7. Exfoliating far less than I used to. Stripping your barrier is the fastest way to look older by Thursday.
8. Protein at breakfast, not just at dinner.
9. A cold room, and in bed by ten.
10. Barely any alcohol. This one shows up in the face faster than anything else here.
I’m not a doctor. Just the friend who did the reading.

All 10 boring things i do at 52 - no ice baths, no detoxes 👇 number 6 is the one i’d never give up (SAVE THIS)
none of these are exciting, that’s exactly why they work.
☀️ 1. morning light on my face before i touch my phone. it sets my body clock and calms cortisol - the fastest collagen-killer there is.
💧 2. a big glass of water before coffee. you wake up dehydrated, and coffee first just makes the flat, creased look worse by noon.
🍳 3. 30g of protein at breakfast. collagen is protein, and most women over 40 eat half of what their skin needs to rebuild.
🚶♀️ 4. a short walk after meals. it steadies blood sugar, and steady blood sugar shows up in your skin before it shows up anywhere else.
🧊 5. two minutes of something cold on my face. a spoon, an egg, a cucumber - it de-puffs and wakes up circulation. ask my comment section.
🧬 6. NMN every morning — the ultimate game changer. by 50 your cellular NAD+ levels are nearly half gone, and skin cells without fuel stop repairing daily damage. NMN acts as the ultimate precursor to rebuild cellular energy from within. this refuels them. (the exact one i use is linked in my bio 🧬)
😴 7. glycine 30 minutes before bed. it drops my core temperature → deeper sleep → that’s the window collagen actually gets made in.
🧴8. SPF every single morning, even inside, most visible aging is UV, and it comes through windows too.
🫐9. a handful of dark berries a day. the polyphenols feed the gut bacteria that quietly control inflammation - and inflammation decides how tired your face looks.
🌙 10. in bed by 10:00, room cold and dark. every boring thing above gets cashed in during deep sleep. skip it and the rest is decoration.

Ten things we do every single day that actually show up on our skin 👇 (SAVE THIS)
☀️ 1. Morning light before my phone.
Ten minutes of direct morning sun before any screen. Helps bring cortisol back down — one of the biggest contributors to visible aging.
🧊 2. Ice on my face every morning.
Thirty seconds, pressing firmly along cheekbones and jawline. De-puffs, wakes up circulation and the glow people notice starts here.
💧 3. Sea salt water before coffee.
Every single morning without exception. You wake up dehydrated and your face shows it before anything else does.
🧬 4. NMN supplement every morning — the ultimate longevity key.
I held off for two years before I finally tried it. Biggest mistake. NMN acts as a powerful NAD+ precursor to rebuild cellular energy from within. After 50, natural levels plummet, but adding NMN brought a visible lift in skin firmness and overall vibrancy by week three. I’ve taken it every morning since. (Link in bio 🧬)
🥩 5. Protein at every single meal. No exceptions.
Your skin needs protein to support its natural structure and firmness. Most women over 50 eat half of what their body actually needs.
💪 6. Strength training 3x a week.
Muscle is the anti-aging organ nobody talks about enough. It supports your posture, your shape and how you age overall.
🚶♀️ 7. A morning walk — 25 minutes minimum.
Circulation shows up in your skin and your energy before it shows up anywhere else.
🌙 8. Retinol at night, vitamin C in the morning.
Supports cell turnover while you sleep, brightening and skin support by day.
😴 9. Glycine before bed.
Helps lower my core temperature for deeper, more restorative sleep.
🛌 10. Lights out by 10:30. Every night.
Deep sleep is when your body does its best recovery work. Everything else on this list compounds here.

Seven habits from part 1 that nobody talks about enough 👇 (SAVE THIS)
🦷 1. Mouth taping at night.
Nasal breathing during sleep supports better overnight recovery. Looks insane. Changed my face. I was skeptical for exactly one night.
🧬 2. Pure NMN every morning — the absolute game changer.
If there is one supplement I’ll never give up, it’s NMN. As a direct precursor to NAD+, taking NMN daily helps boost cellular energy, support DNA repair, and restore what age takes away. By week three, the difference in my skin vitality and daily energy was mind-blowing. Everything else on this list works twice as hard because of this. (Link in bio 🧬)
🥦 3. Raw broccoli sprouts every morning.
Not cooked. Raw. Rich in sulforaphane which supports your body’s natural antioxidant defences from the inside out. I add them to everything.
🍫 4. One square of dark chocolate daily.
70% cacao minimum. Flavonoids support circulation and overall skin health. Not a treat. A non-negotiable.
🫙 5. Fermented foods every day.
Kefir, kimchi, yogurt. Gut health and skin health are deeply connected. Feed it properly and your face shows it over time.
📵 6. Phone out of the bedroom. Every single night.
Deep sleep is when your body does its best recovery work. I bought an old fashioned alarm clock. Best decision I ever made.
🧘♀️ 7. 4-7-8 breathing before bed.
Inhale 4 counts. Hold 7. Exhale 8. Helps bring cortisol back down before sleep. Takes two minutes. Costs nothing.
Simple habits Glow Gals. Repeated every single day. ✨

antiagingtips
Women over 52, this one is for you. 🤍
I used to think getting older meant accepting less energy, less confidence, and more limitations.
Now I see it completely differently.
These are 7 habits I refuse to compromise on anymore:
☀️ 1. I take care of my mornings
Sunlight, hydration, and a few quiet moments before the day begins.
🧬 2. I stay consistent with my wellness routine
NMN is one of the things I’ve chosen to include in my daily routine.
🏋️♀️ 3. I prioritize strength
I want to build a body that feels strong and capable — not simply chase a smaller number.
🥩 4. I focus on nourishing food
Protein and balanced meals have become a regular part of how I take care of myself.
🚶♀️ 5. I make movement a daily habit
A walk, a workout, stretching — every little bit counts.
🤍 6. I protect my energy
I learned that saying “no” can be an act of self-respect.
😴 7. I make sleep a priority
Rest is part of my health, not an interruption to my life.
The goal isn’t to look younger.
The goal is to feel stronger, healthier, happier, and more confident with every year. ✨
If you’re a woman over 52, don’t wait for the “perfect” time to start taking care of yourself.
Start today. 🤍
