Butter Cream Shrimp😍 Looking for something spicy and delicious? These butter chicken style shrimp are THE BEST!🍤 Perfect to eat over rice, cause yes, I don't ALWAYS eat pasta! They're creamy, SO tasty and perfectly seasoned, you NEED to try this meal🔥 Ingredients (serves 4) : 2 lb - 900g extra-jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 1/4 cup - 540ml heavy cream 1.5 cup - 360ml chicken broth 5 tbsp tomato paste 3 tbsp butter, divided (2 tbsp + 1 tbsp cold) 2 tbsp garlic, minced 2 tbsp avocado oil 4 tsp Creole seasoning 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp dried parsley 1 tsp dried basil 1/2 lemon, juiced Method: Step 1. Season And Sear Shrimp - Pat the shrimp dry and season with the Creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside. Step 2. Build The Flavor Base - In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Sauté the garlic for 30 seconds, then add the tomato paste and cook for 2–3 minutes until deep red and slightly caramelized. Step 3. Make The Cream Sauce simmer - Whisk in the chicken broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, dried parsley, and dried basil. Bring to a simmer and cook for 6–8 minutes until the sauce thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon. Step 4. Finish And Serve assemble - Return the shrimp to the skillet. Stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon of cold butter and the lemon juice. Toss to coat. Serve immediately over cooked rice. It's VERY easy and quick to cook, trust me, you won't regret making them✨ Bon appétit ! Jo💛
