My girl switched it up on me 🤎✨

She’s usually in my chair for her signature silk press, but today we went for a little quick weave moment. Her custom color from a few months ago was still giving, so we kept that rich tone, added a clean middle part, soft layers, and finished her with the prettiest curls. 😮‍💨

Because sometimes the best look is simply switching it up. ✨

Everything starts at the bowl. 🫧✨

Clarifying cleanse, hydration + steam treatment to get her hair prepped and ready for the install. Then we customized her extensions with a touch of golden highlights to seamlessly blend with her previously colored hair. 🤎✨

Once installed, we took off about 3 inches, added long layers + soft face framing, and finished her with a side part that gave exactly what it needed to give. 😮‍💨

Then came a fresh trim, a secure foundation, and 3 bundles installed to perfection. Finished with soft face-framing layers, subtle shaping, and those gorgeous body wave curls. 😮‍💨

We went in with a traditional sew-in using about 3 bundles of gorgeous 24” hair. No layers, no face framing just length, fullness, and that effortless movement. Finished her off with soft, loose body waves for the perfect flow. 😍

✨ Maintenance Day, but make it SIDE PART! ✨

My girl came in for her maintenance, and we gave those gorgeous highlights a little TLC. 🤎✨ And can we talk about how GOOD they still look?! We did a clarifying shampoo, a quick detox to remove product buildup, hydration, followed by a deep conditioning + steam treatment to really replenish the hair.

Back at the station, we blow-dried, trimmed, and switched things up with a side part because she’s usually a middle part girl! 😍

And BABYYYY… the finished look?! 💁🏽‍♀️✨ She said she felt fun, flirty & girly, and honestly… I couldn’t agree more! The side part gave her a whole different vibe, and I am OBSESSED. 🥰

Added soft face-framing layers, balanced everything out with a fresh cut, finished with bouncy curls, and she walked out looking like a whole new woman. 💁🏽‍♀️

Birthday silk press season is one of my favorite traditions. 🎂✨

My girl comes to see me every year for her birthday, and every year I get excited because the density is DENSITYING. 😍 If there’s one thing about me, I’m going to appreciate a head full of hair.
