I have recently become aware that photos of my past work, along with my business name, are being used on another salon’s business page and in their advertising.

To be completely clear: I am NOT affiliated with, employed by, partnered with, or associated with that salon in any way.

The continued use of my photographs and business name without my permission is not something I have authorized. My original work, photographs, branding, and business name are part of the intellectual property I have built for Polished By Kate, and they should not be used to advertise or represent another business.

My only current salon affiliation is with Top Tier Beauty Lounge in Oxford, Alabama. 💅🏼

If you see photos of my work or the name Polished By Kate being advertised anywhere other than my own page or in connection with Top Tier Beauty Lounge, please know that it is not representing my current business or services.

I have worked hard to build my name, my clientele, and my brand, and I take protecting the work I have created seriously. I simply want to make sure my clients and the community have accurate information.
