🌿Here is this week’s schedule! Our subs for the week are Karen Leaming who will be teaching Deb Clines Mixed Levels Flow on Wednesday morning at 9:00 am. And Alex Wysocki will be teaching for Haley Pascuzzo Wednesday night for her 6:00 pm Warm Mixed Levels Flow.

Do not forget, we have Maura Manzos 4 week yin yoga series starting this Friday the 8th and it starts at 12:00 pm. There is still time to sign up, Maura is absolutely amazing, so you don’t want to miss out on this opportunity:)

Other than that, we have no events planned for this weekend but we have a bunch coming up so make sure you sign up for them!

I hope everyone chooses to shine bright this week, and allows their positivity to light up the days ahead!🌿
