It’s been a wild ride of ups and downs. One of the hardest summers ever. But there’s never a shortage of good times and good food! Thank goodness for my village.

Just back from an amazing trip to Seoul with my nephew! We based ourselves near Gangnam and explored some sights - Itaewon-ro, Lotte World Tower, Gyeongbukgung Palace, Myeongdong, and Bukchon Hanok Village, to name a few. Our Airbnb was a cozy retreat, complete with a 24-hour convenience store and plenty of latte runs. Caught up with an old friend, too. Brrr, it was freezing, but thank goodness for those heated floors!
