For years, I thought I was just “bad at handling stress.” What I eventually learned is that stress resilience is influenced by much more than mindset. In this video, I explain how the nervous system, hormones, and methylation may all play a role—and why understanding my genetics changed the way I approached healing.
It’s a work night - skincare, makeup, and hair! Who am I? Lol. Join me and let’s catch up.
Happy Father’s Day, Shayne. I love the father you are to Isaiah.
I hope one day you can rest in the understanding that Isaiah doesn’t need a perfect dad. He doesn’t need you to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. He just needs you — and just like you love him unconditionally - he loves you the same.
From the moment he was born, you have been all in. You don’t just love him—you invest in him. You teach him, challenge him, encourage him, play with him, make memories with him, and show genuine interest in the little things that matter to him.
One of the things I admire most is that no matter what life has put on your shoulders - and there has been a LOT the last 2 years, you continue showing up for your son. He never has to wonder if his dad wants to spend time with him. He never has to wonder if he’s loved. He knows.
The bond the two of you share is inspiring. Watching him light up when you’re together, hearing him talk about you, and seeing the way he looks up to you reminds me how fortunate Isaiah is to have a dad who loves him so deeply, grows for him, and never gives up - no matter what is placed in front of him.
Happy Father’s Day.
We love you.

A few months ago, I found myself facing a decision I never thought I’d have to make.
For nearly 7 years, I poured my heart into building a business I loved. And because I was loyal to that company, I spent the last two years quietly studying Beauty Society—not because I planned to leave, but because I wanted to understand what successful companies were doing differently.
I wanted to know what was working and why.
When our company shifted from network marketing to an affiliate model, I was suddenly faced with a choice: continue working harder for less return, or take a serious look at the research I’d already done.
What surprised me wasn’t that another option existed.
What surprised me was how much easier the decision became because I had already done the homework.
Today, I talk to so many experienced network marketers who feel stuck. They’re working harder. Making less. Missing the community they once loved.
Wondering if the business they fell in love with still exists.
I get it. That’s exactly why my team and I are hosting a special event Monday night called “You Don’t Have to Choose.”
For the past two years, Beauty Society was the company I studied most closely. I watched the growth. I studied the systems, compensation plan, customer experience, leadership, culture, and technology that were helping ordinary women build thriving businesses.
On Monday, we’re sharing what we’ve learned and answering the questions so many people have about Beauty Society, the differences between affiliate and network marketing models, and why more leaders are taking a closer look at what this company has to offer.
But more importantly, we’re talking about something many people haven’t considered:
✨What if you’re putting pressure on yourself to make a choice you don’t actually have to make?✨
If you’ve been feeling uncertain about what comes next, I encourage you to come listen, learn, and explore the possibilities for yourself.
Because sometimes the biggest risk isn’t making a change. It’s never exploring what’s possible if you don’t.
Comment CURIOUS below or send me a message, and I’ll get you the details.

For years, I didn’t understand that sleep isn’t just about being tired—it’s one of the primary times the nervous system repairs, recovers, and regulates.
In this video, I’m sharing the 7 biggest things I do to support deeper, more restorative sleep and nervous system recovery.
These are simply the research-based things that helped me.
