My content is usually very uplifting, but I am just in a weird place right now - and I have lots of things I’m working to overcome. I have spoken about my journey a bit - but the real and the raw of chronic illness layered with family trauma is not always pretty - and it takes its toll. The trauma has had ripple effects that I’m still trying to process and overcome. We are stronger every day, but we still struggle. Thank you for being here. Thank you for walking through it with me. I realize that my content is a way for me to help others - but it helps me process and overcome things too - and I am grateful for this space.
