Africa is making its presence felt at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

From Senegal 🇸🇳 to Ghana 🇬🇭 and DR Congo 🇨🇩, African teams have arrived across the United States, Canada and Mexico carrying more than football ambitions. They bring culture, confidence and the pride of an entire continent to the world’s biggest sporting stage.

As the tournament unfolds, Africa is not only competing for glory on the pitch but also showcasing its rich heritage, identity and growing influence on the global stage.

Pittsburgh, I’m coming homeee!!!

For a long time, I’ve wanted to create a space specifically for young women who know they’re meant for more, even if they’re still figuring out exactly what that looks like.

Introducing “Future Her”. A one-day experience for young women ages 13–21 centered around leadership, entrepreneurship, confidence, digital influence, mentorship and community.

On July 18, 2026, in partnership with Fashion Africana and AYA Initiatives we’ll be gathering in my hometown, Pittsburgh for intentional conversations, workshops, networking and experiences designed to pour into the next generation of women who are building, creating, leading and becoming. This isn’t just about social media or influencing. It’s about helping young women understand the power of their voice, their ideas, their presence, and their future and knowing how to make sure it’s their voice that outweighs all of this surrounding noise that they are dealing with in today’s society but also their personal lives! If you know a young woman who should be in this room, send this to her!

For my 21 & up crew, I didn’t forget about you all — I will also be hosting a meet and greet in the city that evening as well!

I can’t wait to give back to the city that raised me and remind the girls that this too can be you!!! See you soon 🤎

Comment “future her” & check your messages for additional details, ticket info & to register!

🇭🇹✨ Haiti Unveils STUNNING Olympic Uniforms

Haiti just raised the bar on Olympic fashion.
Designed by , the official uniforms for the Winter Olympics are a breathtaking fusion of heritage, craftsmanship, and contemporary elegance.

Rooted in Haitian culture and brought to life through Stella Jean’s signature global aesthetic, the designs celebrate identity, pride, and the power of storytelling through fashion.

This is more than a uniform.
It’s culture on the world stage.
It’s fashion as diplomacy.
It’s Haiti, radiant and unstoppable. 🔥

REFLECTION 🙏🏾

In my late 20s, a personal journey of self-love and curiosity about my African ancestry—shaped by years of working behind the scenes of fashion shows in New York—led to a simple idea: a fashion show celebrating African culture in Pittsburgh.

That idea grew into FashionAFRICANA, and along the way, it became about so much more than fashion. It became about community, collaboration, and creating space to honor who we are and where we come from.

I’m deeply grateful for every person who has walked this journey with me and helped turn a personal vision into something that continues to bring people together.🖤

May this holiday season bring you peace, joy, restoration, and abundant blessings. Thank you for standing with us as we celebrate Black artistry, storytelling, and global heritage—and for helping us create space where beauty, history, and culture are honored with intention.

Wishing you and your loved ones a blessed holiday season and a luminous New Year.
