Looking ahead to this weekend with a lot of excitement —
I’ll be co-leading our upcoming Myofascial Release training with Erika , and it’s always incredibly meaningful to teach this work. ✨
One of the reasons I’m so passionate about fascia-focused work is because of its role in the nervous system. Fascia is highly innervated connective tissue, meaning it plays a direct role in how we experience tension, pain, and body awareness. Research suggests that slow, sustained myofascial techniques can help modulate the nervous system, improve tissue hydration, and support more efficient movement patterns. 🧠
To bring some of this work into practice, I’ll also be teaching a Gentle + MFR class this Saturday at 11am. 🤍
This class will focus on slower pacing, sustained release, and creating space for the body to down-regulate and reorganize.
If you’re curious about fascia or looking for a more restorative experience, I’d love to have you there. 🌿
