does everyone need a 5-point injection point here? this is one of the questions i get asked by other injectors is whether i prefer a 3-point or 5-point for the glabella area.

my answer? it depends.

every patient’s anatomy is different. muscle strength, muscle pattern, asymmetry, movement, and treatment goals all play a role in deciding where and how many injection points are needed. for any treatment tbh!

some patients achieve beautiful relaxation with 3 points, while others benefit from a full 5-point approach for a more balanced result. there isn’t a one-size-fits-all technique and that’s exactly why anatomy matters so much.
