Superior Helpers Home Care – Rockwall, TX

Full‑Time • $15/hr • Monday–Friday • 8 AM – 5 PM
In‑Office + Field Work • No Remote Work

We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, people‑loving team member to represent Superior Helpers in the community. If you enjoy visiting senior facilities, playing bingo, attending events, and building relationships, this role is perfect for you.

🎉 WHAT YOU’LL DO

🏥 Community Outreach

• Visit rehab centers, assisted living, memory care, senior centers, nursing facilities
• Build relationships with staff, nurses, social workers, and activity directors
• Drop off flyers, brochures, and referral packets
• Attend Chamber of Commerce events, ribbon cuttings, and mixers

🎲 Senior Activities

• Participate in bingo, craft days, holiday events, and more
• Bring snacks or small branded gifts (provided by the company)
• Take photos/videos (with permission) for social media

📱 Marketing & Social Media

• Post daily on Facebook and Instagram
• Create simple flyers in Canva
• Share photos from events and facility visits
• Post caregiver job ads

🗂️ Office Support

• Help fill caregiver shifts
• Call caregivers for availability
• Assist with onboarding and simple admin tasks

💡 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Outgoing, friendly, confident personality
• Comfortable talking to seniors and facility staff
• Good with Facebook, Instagram, and basic Canva
• Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement available)
• Organized and dependable
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• No healthcare license required — we train
