Tried a new spot in Rocky Hill today while waiting for Leo during his math tutoring 📚 When we walked in the door we were greeted by an art mural that said - Don’t Rush - but that’s exactly what we were there to do. We told the server we needed to be in and out in an hour and she delivered. The service was quick, the food was very good and we enjoyed our meal 🍔 They even have a really nice selection of gluten free items and I’m looking forward to going back!

One of the best things about October is that we get 5 New England fall 🍁 Saturdays. Today was a beautiful kick off with a gorgeous sunny day here in Connecticut 🌞

I love our local farm stands, especially in the fall! 🍁 🎃 🍎 Growing up in Glastonbury I definitely took it for granted. Now, I realize how special it is and always try to support local when I can! I wanted to do a whole fall harvest haul yesterday but driving by during the workday I made a quick stop for apples and hope to come back this weekend. What’s your favorite farm stand near you?

Friday night happy hour 💪🏻

My work has me on the road everyday and even though I try to support local coffee shops I end up at a lot of Starbucks ☕️ The new-ish location in Portland CT has this beautiful original art when you walk in the door. I took a minute to admire it before grabbing my coffee to go! Do any of your Starbucks have art like this?

Great advice! 💪🏻💙

This is your reminder to check the ingredients! I’m currently eliminating sugar from my diet and grabbed a handful of these salt & pepper pistachios thinking they were ok. I could taste the sugar instantly and checked the label… it’s the 4th ingredient on the list. I think it’s very deceitful packaging!

😝

. . . and you’re ready to spill the aromatic tea! 🦒🌿

Who else is counting down the days? 🙋‍♀️
