These gas prices are crazy. And while some of us will grumble at the pump and absorb the extra cost, I keep thinking about the people who simply can’t.
The person already stretching every dollar until payday.
The home health worker, caseworker, salesperson, contractor, or anyone else whose job keeps them on the road, paying for gas today and waiting weeks to be reimbursed.
So today, I’m praying for you.
God, please make a way for the people who are doing everything they know to do and still coming up short.
Let us see our neighbor.

Okay, this is pretty darn exciting. 🥳
826 & Co. is officially ON THE SHELVES at the GO TEXAN Pavilion at the State Fair of Texas! 🎡⭐
This is our very first year, and seeing Save My Soles, Joy Body Scrub, and Mercy Mist sitting there feels like one of those wait…that’s really us moments.
The Fair officially opens Friday, but first up: GO TEXAN Preview Night this Thursday!
I’ll be there saving soles and introducing 826 & Co. to guests, media, influencers, retailers, and fellow Texas-made businesses. And Save My Soles will be competing against nine other GO TEXAN products for the People’s Choice Sampler award! 👣🏆
So yes, I’m excited. Yes, I’m nervous. And yes, I fully intend to rub some feet. 😂
If you’re headed to the State Fair this year, stop by the GO TEXAN Pavilion and look for us on the shelves.
