It really is this simple. Start with one or two. When it becomes habit, add one or two more. Break the bad habits little by little and fill in with healthy habits. 💪❤

I tell myself this a lot. It isn't easy to change. It also isn't easy remaining who and where I am. I am figuring out who I want to be, and taking small steps towards this person.
