This role focuses on reviewing investigations, validating alert dispositions, assessing potential suspicious activity, and ensuring cases meet quality and regulatory standards. You would be responsible for reviewing investigative work, determining whether additional escalation is warranted, evaluating potential SAR recommendations, and documenting findings in accordance with BSA/AML requirements.

Key qualifications include:

3+ years of overall professional experience
AML, Financial Crimes, Risk, or Compliance experience
Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations
Strong investigative, analytical, and writing skills
Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
Bachelor's degree required
Important considerations:

Candidates must be available for a 5-week training period with no planned time off during training.
The bank requires disclosure of outside investment accounts and compliance with its brokerage and trade pre-approval policies, which also apply to spouses/domestic partners and dependents living in the household.
