Hair by Kim requires that you call/text at least 48 hours in advance, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late without call/text, your appointment will be rescheduled. I firmly believe in the value of your time, along with the time of other quests and make conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. In the event that you miss two consecutive appointments without calling/texting, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may put down a non refundable deposit before services are rendered. STYLIST INFORMATION
