People love back and neck work!
Now a days people love fascia work!
Through these pics you can see many layers.
With the traps being the top layer, then lats, rhomboids, errectors, multifidus and etc.
Loads of layers that can be many symptoms of dis-eases.

My fresh sourdough bread is ready along with butternut squash and broccoli soup with my red sumac berries and leaves on side.
Sumac enhance flavor of everything. Will speak more later.

This will be short, I want my food.
Anyways, we see a rise with fascia talk, but the skin and cautenous nerve are extremely important and are the first thing to address and evaluate. Look at first 2 pictures, so you see the nerves along the spine that goes lateral, those are nerves of skin and are extremely important sensory nerves
You can address the muscles and fascia but it these aren't address issues still give problems.
I just wanted to do a short post so you could see.

Skin rolling and superficial friction are extremely important for addressing.
Many of you have experienced this, but probably did not know why i used the technique.

Also look at the multifidus muscles, the deep small muscles, imagine if those muscles are over worked because you worked errectors to exhausted, and they are worked, especially in the l4-5 region ( think sciatica nerve)
We also have periosteal around lateral surface of vertebrae..
Those are extremely important to address
You may not heard of the term, but its called periosteal massage.
We will speak more about this post.
This food is good!!!!.

Red sumac leaves move stagnant fluid out body and fast!!!! And the berries are like 30 times antioxidants power over wild blue berries!!

These grow super wild in my area.

Anyways, enjoy the night I need to eat.
We will return to this post.

The scalp gives many of us issues and we are not aware at all.
Its a must these areas are addressed.
I like to spend atleast 20-25 minutes mobilizing the area restoring resting tone.
There is a lot of nerves in these areas, primarily sensory nerves.

Headaches, dizziness, brain fog, vision issues can all be affected by this area.

Do you see the last picture, there is two sensory nerves that branch from trigeminal that can wreck havoc coming from the eyes that pierce through two muscles above the eye that cause chronic headaches, sinuses issues etc.
There are a lot of self techniques we can use to address these areas.

A lot of venous drainage can be entraped in these areas causing a lot of chronic issues down the road.

One area I love to do simplistic pumping techniques with my fingers starts at the brachilais muscles where the brachial vein enters.
This muscle alot of times due to over exertion from simplistic tasks can cause a lot of issues upstream or down stream.

If venous drainage is impaired, it makes it difficult for the recovery aspect to take place at night.
You will also see other pictures of entrapment around the pronator teres and brachialradialis which can Impair the hands over time from simple tasks like grip, opening jars, tiring out from gardening or even holding a baby, due to the lack of blood flow.
We must release to recieve..

These areas are extremely important to work with.
You will be surprised what 20-30 minutes can do for someone in chronic pain for 1-10 years plus.
A tennis ball in these areas for 5-10 minutes can give great release.

Its a must the fascia integration is addressed for sustainable results over time.

Scientists figured out how to *double* brain waste clearance just by massaging the skin.

The discovery may be the future of Alzheimer's prevention.

Scientists have discovered a non-invasive way to enhance the brain’s natural waste-clearing system, which could open new doors for treating neurological diseases like Alzheimer’s.

Researchers at the Institute for Basic Science (IBS) demonstrated in mice that gently stimulating lymphatic vessels beneath the skin of the face and neck significantly boosts cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) flow—a critical mechanism for flushing out harmful substances from the brain. Using a specially designed mechanical stimulator, the team was able to double CSF outflow and restore drainage levels in aged mice, without drugs or surgery.

This breakthrough offers a potential new approach for safely improving brain health in aging populations.

The researchers also identified previously unknown drainage routes from the brain to superficial lymph nodes through facial lymphatics—routes that remain functional even in older animals. These findings complete the anatomical map of CSF outflow and suggest the feasibility of wearable or clinical devices to enhance brain waste clearance. While more research is needed to determine its long-term effects and application in human patients, the team is optimistic that this gentle mechanical approach could be developed into a therapeutic tool to prevent or slow neurodegenerative disease progression.
