✨ What to Bring:

•Yoga mat and towel for underneath your mat (optional, the cliffs can get dusty)
•Blankets, pillows, or bolsters (anything to help you feel comfortable on the earth)
•Layers of clothing — it can get chilly as the sun sets
•Eye pillow or mask for relaxation
•Water
•An open heart and willingness to release

All levels are welcome. Come as you are - leave lighter, aligned, and glowing with Full Moon energy.

SUMMER SOLSTICE: IGNITE YOUR LIGHT

Celebrate the longest day of the year with a special Summer Solstice sunset gathering at South Ponto Beach.

Join us for an evening of movement, reflection, and deep relaxation as we honor the season of light, vitality, and possibility. We’ll begin with a guided Sun Salutation practice, followed by our Ignite Your Light Fire Ceremony and a restorative crystal singing bowl sound bath as the sun sets over the Pacific Ocean.

During the fire ceremony, you’ll be invited to reflect on one thing you’re ready to release and one quality, intention, or aspiration you’re ready to embody. What you’re releasing will be offered into the fire as a symbol of transformation, while the intention you are calling in becomes a reminder of the season ahead.
