By far the best experience I've had at a nail salon. I rarely get my nails done because I've been disappointed so many times by the lack of effort places put into their services. I was so happy I gave this place try, I'm not familiar with the area but had a Dr. Appt nearby and the non toxic name caught my interest. I made an appt online (for 45 min later). My nail tech was Lily and she was amazing. She was attentive and kind and I could really tell she was going out of her way to make sure I had a relaxing experience. I'm 9 months pregnant and she frequently checked to make sure I was comfortable. When I was unsure about the color I wanted she encouraged me to relax and she had another tech help find colors that were similar to pictures I had shown her, she gave me recommendations for home care to help manage my dry cracking heels, and the leg/foot massage had me falling asleep. Overall it was above and beyond the experience I was hoping for and I'm looking forward to coming back.I also wanted to mention that the staff as a whole seems to really prioritize customer experience- I watched other employees really go over the top to satisfy other customers. I was really impressed and don't think I've ever seen another nail salon put in such effort and attention to detail. I also should mention the non toxic aspect is a big perk! I highly recommend checking this place out.
