May photo dump š· Maycember is over. Hallelujah. š
Between kids, graduations, work, events, and approximately 47 things on my to-do list at all times, I still managed to get 4ā5 workouts in every week and eat better than I have in months.
Itās almost like exercise, protein, sleep, and vegetables actually make you feel better. Annoying, but true. š

You know what Iāve noticed about moms?
Life can absolutely crush us⦠and somehow by the next morning weāre packing lunches, answering emails, driving to activities, making dinner, and asking everyone else how THEY are doing.
Not because weāre unaffected. But because somewhere along the way we learned how to adapt. We carry disappointment, stress, uncertainty, exhaustion, and still find a way to keep moving forward. Maybe not gracefully. Maybe not without the occasional meltdown. But we keep going.
Iāve had A LOT dropped on my plate the last few months. And I feel like Iām thriving and epically failing all at the same time. I canāt help but hear the inner critic⦠āeveryone else can work, be a full time mom and still have a social life⦠whatās wrong with YOUā.
Happy to report I think Iām finally finding my groove. And accepting that when you have a lot of balls in the air itās inevitable that one of them isnāt getting much attention. š¤·āāļø
If youāre in one of those seasons right now, I see you. The fact that youāre still showing up is more powerful than you think.

April photo dump šø
April was a heavy month tbh. One of those where you wonder āwtf is going to happen this weekā¦ā
It tested me in so many ways personally and professionally. But Iāve learned to focus on the glimmer moments. The things that bring me joy, good places, good people and good memories. When you focus on the good, everything else falls into place.

Some mornings I wake up and Iām just tired. Like I really donāt feel like going into work because⦠LIFE.
And then I remember⦠I actually love what I do. ā¤ļø
I get to be around women I genuinely like. I get to coach, talk, laugh, and be part of their routines and their lives. Itās not always easy, but itās never something I dread once Iām there.
Lately Iāve found myself back spending time in a hospitalā¦this time as a guest not an employee, and itās been a good reminder of how far Iāve come. I loved my career as an OT but I wasnāt fulfilledā¦so 6 years ago I made the switch to working in fitness full time and I still have zero regrets.
Still tired most days. Just not questioning my life choices.

Youāre not broken. Youāve just never had someone actually address it.
Iāve partnered with Hinge Health because it makes that SO easy to do. Access to virtual physical therapy, personalized programs for pelvic floor, back pain, and joint issues, daily movement sessions that take just a few minutes, and a licensed PT in your corner ā all from your phone.
And it may be covered by your employer or health plan.
