I use only a few simple ingredients, and NO added sugar like most store bought brands would have.

✴️Organic Dried Elderberries
✴️Filtered Water
✴️Clove
✴️Ginger
✴️Cinnamon
✴️Raw Honey
✴️Gelatin (only the gummies)

With that being said, if you are new to taking elderberry syrup, it’s not something that is very sweet…it has more of a spice to it. That does not seem to bother my 3 year old son who wears the crown for pickiest eater. Every morning he’s asking for his gummy medicine 😄
