Where did our brand name come from? What was our inspiration? Here’s a key part of our origin story: Au Naturel means “naked” in French…. Which means our products are naked or free of icky chemicals and additives. And of course, Beatrice was the inspiration for the addition of Bea in our name. It all started with a Sun Balm to protect Bea from the brutal FL sun during swim practice.

I met a most fabulous customer at Mae Reid Mercantile | Sarasota’s Cutest Little Gift Shop yesterday! She described her skin issue as psoriasis and said not only did BeaNaturel help it heal, it was lightening the dark area left behind. This woman had a true inner glow and I was thrilled to hear her story! I was surprised she was using one of our elevated creams, but looking at the ingredient list, it makes total sense.
